All InSight communities are covered with the 2/5/10 Year New Home Warranty.

InSight provides third-party warranty coverage on all new homes. Each 2/5/10 guarantee covers a minimum of:

2 years on labour and materials,
5 years on the building envelope, and
10 years on the structure

We also provide a One Year Warranty from the date of possession on individual homes as well as a Common Property Warranty commencing on the first owner’s date of possession.

Travelers Guarantee Company of Canada provides third party warranties for all our homes. Travelers has been the leader in providing superior warranty coverage for new homes since the introduction of the Homeowner Protection Act in British Columbia in 1999.
