Named BC’s Residential Construction Person of the Year for 2008, Doug has extensive management experience on a wide variety of multi-family, single-family, commercial and industrial developments in Vancouver and on Vancouver Island. Doug is responsible for all design, construction and approvals. He graduated with a Diploma of Architecture from Bath University, UK in 1970. Doug is very involved with the Vancouver Island community and has acted as Director of the Nanaimo Chamber of Commerce, President of the Canadian Home Builders’ Association Central Vancouver Island, a member of the Nanaimo Advisory Design Panel and an Advisor to the Vancouver Island University Trades Program.
With over 30 years of experience in the development and financing of commercial and residential real estate Tim is a critical member of the team. Prior to founding InSight Developments, he was active in managing, financing and selling commercial and industrial properties on behalf of a number of private and institutional clients. in addition to his development activities, Tim manages and invests on his own account and with other partners in income-producing assets, which includes commercial real estate, consumer products, hospitality, aviation and “green” energy. Mr. Earle is a director of Gravitas Aviation Ltd., a company that specializes in the DHC - 6 Twin Otter Aircraft and seaplane airline development and operations.
Charles Koo is the sole director, officer and 100% owner of InSight Holdings Ltd. InSight Developments has a development management contract with InSight Holdings Ltd. in connection with InSight's communities.
Well known for his achievements in community, organizational and economic development, George has a reputation for getting things done and ‘making a difference’. George has led a comprehensive urban renewal project to considerable, award-winning success—attracting significant business and redevelopment investment while helping to guide design policy. He has consulted for corporations, community organizations, district, municipal, provincial and federal governments. He has served on the Destination Nanaimo Advisory Committee, Safer Nanaimo Committee, Board of Advisors for the Community Leadership and Innovation Institute at VI University, and on Executive Committees for Nanaimo Economic Development Group and Business Improvement Areas of British Columbia. He has served on the Oceanside Development and Construction Association Board of Directors since 2009.
Terry brings over 25 years of valuable construction management experience in residential, commercial, institutional and civil works, having managed over $250 million dollars worth of projects across Canada before joining InSight. He is a skilled and knowledgeable project manager who spearheads all our construction project undertakings.
Clara Ominger has been involved with the sales and marketing of InSight projects since 1998. Working closely with Doug Bromage, she focuses on everything from the conceptual design of buildings and determination of product mix to overseeing the development of all marketing related materials, sales training, sales strategy, presentation centres and show home design. Prior to 1998, Clara did project marketing for a national real estate company.
Kathy Stuparyk first joined InSight in 1997 as a project sales representative for the first two phases of the Longwood Community. After successfully completing her assignments, she moved on to market Bear Mountain Resort in Victoria. During that time she also worked on several other Victoria developments including Bayview and Dockside Green. More recently she worked on the sale of Atelier on Robson in Vancouver. Kathy rejoined InSight in 2007 to help develop strategic sales and marketing campaigns for all upcoming projects.
