Our Homeowner Services Department is on hand to take care of any problem that may arise. If you discover a defect during your Orientation and Pre-Occupancy Walkthrough that was missed, we’ll fix it. We’re also happy to provide non-warranty services at your request, for a nominal hourly charge. (ie. hanging pictures, installing shelves, painting, etc.)
