InSight began in 1993 with the development of our multi-phase adult-oriented residential community — Longwood. As the project grew and so did the company.
By the end of 2010, InSight successfully completed 305 homes in six residential buildings that comprise Longwood. Two final buildings are currently in planning stages to complete this award-winning community.
As our experience in master-planning Longwood developed, InSight branched out into creating other Nanaimo real estate projects with the addition of: Hawthorne Community — a suburban neighbourhood for young families; Hawthorne Corner — stylish one bedroom flats and urban loft residences for professionals and students; and Seawalk, a stunning 24-storey high rise tower overlooking Nanaimo’s magnificent harbour.
Since InSight began, we have strictly adhered to our principles of honesty, integrity and social responsibility. We diligently research and listen to the needs of the island market before breaking ground on any project.
